Thanks for stopping by.  I don&#039;t know where you can buy surströmming.  The batch I tasted at the conference had been brought by one of the attendees from Sweden.  I see that you are in the UK.  There is a food blogger of Norwegian descent who blogs in the UK by the name of Signe Johansen. One of our lunches was a Norwegian Lunchbord provided by some of the members of Slow Food Norway.]]></description>
